Profile:

Embodied work pays attention to the dynamic correlations between mind, body, heart and spirit and is founded in compassionate processing.

My approach sees these elements as mutually important and interlinked. It can show itself in the:

  • exploration and discovery by individuals;
  • levels of goodwill & cooperation brought by a couple;
  • working with complexity & reciprocity in groups;
  • re-visioning & actions in organisations.

With more than twenty years experience as a counsellor, psychotherapist, supervisor, trainer and consultant; I also offer coaching, mentoring and mediation experience and expertise. I teach in the UK and abroad.

I believe that embodied work takes place in contexts of culture, heritage and society and that therapist and client assumptions about similarities and differences require exploration within an holistic framework.
