Profile:

I live in Southsea and have been a practicing psychotherapist for over 20 years.

My training as a Body psychotherapist was at the Chiron Centre and also at the Karuna Institute a Buddhist informed Body and contemplative psychotherapy training. 

Previously I was a architect and have also have a private practice as a yoga and meditation teacher in Southsea for nearly 30 years.

Theoretical Approach: The skills and theories I use are drawn from the Humanistic and Buddhist psychology's as well as attachment, relational, trauma and the current neurosciences.
